GYMNASTICS TRAFFIC

Welcome to the Traffic section of the UA Gameday website! The University of Alabama and local law enforcement authorities are working hard to ensure that Gameday traffic runs as smooth as possible. There are four clearly defined routes designed to provide fans with the most time efficient ways to get to and from the UA Campus and Coleman Coliseum. Please use the appropriate route to and from the Coliseum which is closest to and most convenient to where you park.

ALBERTA CITY BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION

Please be advised that with an estimated completion date of December 2015, the Alberta City Bridge should be completed before the 2016 season starts.  If dealys occur, and if you normally enter/exit campus via Cottondale, your route will be affected.  The University of Alabama and the Alabama Department of Transportation have came up with a detour that will quickly and efficiently get you around all construction and help you reach your final destination as quickly and efficiently as possible. The route is a four lane road in each direction, so traffic should not be a problem.  Check back later in 2015 for updated information.  If the bridge completion date is pushed back, please see below for a description of the detour route around the construction.
