CLEAR BAG POLICY
In the interest of public safety and to significantly expedite entry into Bryant-Denny Stadium, the SEC has implemented a clear bag policy that will limit the size and type of bags that may be brought in by fans.

I-20/59 TUSCALOOSA CONSTRUCTION
Construction continues on I-20/59 between exits 77 & 73 in both directions. Narrow lanes and reduced speed limits will likely cause delays. Use Highway 216 Route (exit 100) or Cottondale Route (exit 79) to avoid congestion.
A portion of I-20/59 Northbound is divided into two lanes from Exit 73 to Exit 76.
Fans traveling North from I-359 are highly encouraged to use the left-most lane through to Birmingham.

Fans traveling on McFarland Blvd. S are highly encouraged to use Skyland Blvd. to I-20/59 N.
MCFARLAND BLVD. CLOSURE
A left turn lane from McFarland Blvd. onto I-20/59 N ramp is closed. Fans are highly encouraged to use the Cottondale or Hwy. 216 route when leaving Tuscaloosa.
LURLEEN WALLACE DOWNTOWN TUSCALOOSA CONSTRUCTION
Lurleen B. Wallace Blvd. North & South through downtown Tuscaloosa will continue to undergo construction for the 2019 football season. As a part of a road widening project, various lanes will be closed to traffic throughout the Fall. At least two lanes will remain open in both directions. These closures may cause traffic delays. I-20/59 DOWNTOWN BIRMINGHAM CONSTRUCTION
A stretch of I-20/59 in downtown Birmingham will be closed for the 2019 football season. Fans traveling to Tuscaloosa using I-59 South and I-20 West are highly encouraged to use I-459 South as a detour. For more information on this project CLICK HERE.
RIDESHARE POLICY (UBER, JOYRIDE, TAXIS, GOLF CARTS)
Fans are welcome to use ride-sharing services to be dropped off on campus for football games. The designated ride-sharing pick-up & drop-off area is W. 4th Street at Presidential Park.
NO vehicles – including Uber, JoyRide, taxi cabs or golf carts – will be allowed to access the core campus near Bryant-Denny Stadium 3 hours prior to kickoff.
TAILGATING ON THE QUAD
Tailgating on the Quad is FREE in our open tailgate areas. Fans may bring their own tents, tables, TVs, etc. and do NOT need a grounds use permit.

For your convenience, we have 2 Quad drop-off periods during which we allow vehicle access to the Quad for fans to unload their tailgating equipment. Quad drop-off is accessed via Stadium Drive. Each vehicle is allotted 15 minutes of access to 9th Ave. (west side of the Quad) to unload and set up tailgating equipment.
NO parking is permitted near the Quad, fans must park in a designated gameday parking area.

- Friday from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Saturday from 6 a.m. – 8 a.m. (11am kickoff only)
- Saturday from 7 a.m. – 10 a.m.
ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE QUAD BY 10 A.M. SUNDAY. ITEMS LEFT PAST 10 A.M. SUNDAY ARE SUBJECT TO DISPOSAL.
EXPOSED ALCOHOL POLICY
In an effort to promote a more family-friendly environment, we ask all fans to store all extra alcohol in coolers or crates inside their tailgating areas.
ELECTRICITY ON THE QUAD
The power for tailgating purposes, i.e. auxiliary power, will be cut off on the Quad 1.5 hours after the game is concluded, regardless of game time. However, in the interest of safety, all light poles as well as portable light towers will stay on. Fans are welcome to stay on the Quad, but the auxiliary power will be shut off after the allotted time.
All shuttles from the Quad or stadium will run until 1.5 hours after the game, regardless of game time. Fans are welcome to stay on the Quad or other areas and tailgate; however, shuttles back to the public parking areas will no longer be running after the allotted time.

The Gameday Info Tent will be located on the west side of the Quad in front of Bibb Graves Hall. If you have any questions about a location on campus or what is happening on Gameday, feel free to stop by!
