  • Animals are prohibited in the stadium unless it is a service animal.





  • Section G (Lower Level Concourse, near Gate 20)
  • Section AA (Lower Level Concourse, near Gate 20) STUDENT SECTION ONLY
  • Section NN-10 (Upper Level Concourse – North End Zone)




Bags / Prohibited Items




Banners, Signs & Flags

  • Handheld banners, signs and flags are permitted in the stadium, provided they are not commercial, political or offensive in nature
  • Banners may not be hung in the stadium and must be small enough to be handheld
  • Event security reserves the right to remove these items from your possession
  • Banners / Flags cannot be attached to a pole




Bottles / Cups

  • Guests are permitted to bring empty, non-glass, bottles / cups into the stadium




Cameras & Video Equipment

  • Guests are welcome to use still cameras for personal use at the stadium
  • Tripods, mono pods, selfie sticks & cameras with a lens longer than 6′ will NOT be permitted
  • Video cameras and video recording of events with other devices are prohibited









  • Public elevators are available to anyone with a valid game ticket / credential at Gates 28, 41, 55




Family Restrooms

  • Family restrooms include: power outlets, chair, changing stations & shelving to accommodate various needs for guests with special needs
    • Lower level: Sections N-4 / N-5, NN, AA & S8




First Aid

  • Location at Section N in the Northwest corner of BDS
  • EMTs are available on-site to respond to medical emergencies




Game Programs

  • Game programs are available while supplies last inside various gate entry locations




Gate Details

  • All guests should enter at the Gate listed on their ticket




Gate Opening Times

  • All gates open 2.5 hours prior to kickoff




Guest Services

  • Guest Service Centers assist guests with lost & found items, lost children, guest feedback, stadium directions and general information




Lost & Found

  • Located on the Lower Level Concourse, Section C, near Gate 24
  • Items will be turned over to UAPD approximately 30 minutes following to the end of the game
  • UAPD can be reached by called 205-348-5454




Medical Bags

  • For those with a documented need, medical bags are permitted through any entrance where security personnel will evaluate bag contents





  • Noise making devices are not permitted inside BDS. This includes, but is not limited to, items like air horns, cowbells and whistles





  • Gameday radios can be purchased outside each corner spiral of the stadium





  • Re-entry is prohibited





  • Single-game seat backs may be rented at the following locations:
    • Lower Level Concourse: Section K, Section E & Section GG
    • Upper Level East Spirals: Section NN-14, Section SS-1
  • Purchase season seat back rentals by calling 877-421-0347
  • For repairs / maintenance to seat backs, call the Guest Service Center: 205-348-5620




Water Monsters

  • Lower Level: Sections G, LL, AA, D, K, KK, S-1, S-8 & Gates 7, 30, 38 & 59
  • Upper Level Sections: NN-1, NN-14, SS-1, SS-14





  • Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available to guests on a first come, first served basis and may be requested at First Aid
