- On campus RV lots do not have hook-ups. All RVs must be self-contained.
- On campus RV parking passes are non-transferable
- An RV pass is required to enter all RV lots located on the University of Alabama campus. RVs are only allowed to park in designated RV lots on the University of Alabama campus.
- Entry time for both on-campus RV lots is 6:00pm on Friday before a home game

Clutch! is the official gameday parking technology of the University of Alabama.
Arrival & Departure
- Entry into all Campus RV lots begins no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on the Friday before an Alabama Football game day.
- Do not block entrances or stage RVs on campus before 6:00 p.m.
- All RVs must exit the lot by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Sunday.
- RVs must display their Permit at all times while in the lot.
Parking & Space Use
- Park your RV and tow vehicle/trailer within your assigned Space and in the manner the Space was designed.
- Tents and awnings must remain fully within your assigned Space and may not encroach on neighboring Spaces.
- Only one (1) tow vehicle or trailer is permitted in your assigned Space.
- Visitors’ vehicles are not allowed in the Lot.
- Tow vehicles/trailers must enter the Lot with the RV. Upon exiting, the driver will receive a pass for re‑entry.
- RV Permit/Tow Pass duplication or pass‑backs are prohibited.
- Spikes or stakes may not be used in the lot. Levelers must rest on plywood or other sturdy, flat material to prevent damage to the paved surface.
- All RVs must be self-contained; no hook-ups are available.
Safety & Fire Access
- RV parking configurations have been reviewed and approved by Tuscaloosa Fire and Rescue (TFD) to maintain fire lanes and pedestrian access.
- No open fires are allowed on the ground or in fire pits.
- Enclosed gas grills are permitted.
- Enclosed charcoal grills are allowed but not recommended; dispose of all charcoal properly and away from University property.
Generators
- Generators must be connected to an exhaust stack extending above the RV roofline.
- Generators operating without the required exhaust stacks may be shut down.
- Generator noise must not exceed 65 decibels measured at 7 meters.
- If a generator exceeds 65 dB, the University may require a quieter power source, relocation of the RV, or removal from campus.
Conduct & Courtesy
- You are responsible for the conduct of your children and guests.
- Excessive use of scooters, motorcycles, golf carts, or similar vehicles will not be tolerated and may result in permit revocation and removal from the Lot.
- Gameday Road Closures apply to Golf Carts.
- Underage children may not operate scooters, golf carts, or vehicles.
- Excessively loud music or noise is prohibited. If it becomes disruptive, you may be required to lower the volume or stop altogether.
- All trash must be bagged and placed in proper receptacles before leaving the Lot.
Prohibited Items & Activities
- Weapons of any kind, including firearms, fireworks, explosives, knives, bows and arrows, and martial arts equipment, are prohibited.
- Possession, delivery, sale, use, or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia is prohibited.
- Use of UA electricity or cable TV is prohibited.
- Duplicating, modifying, selling, renting, assigning, or transferring a Permit is prohibited.
- All federal, state, and local laws—including those governing alcoholic beverages—must be followed.
